Brevis Consulting respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the services you’re interested in and anything you write in your message. If you email us or book a meeting, we receive the details you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site running and to block spam and abuse.
Analytics. We use Zoho PageSense to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed, how long visits last, where people click and scroll, and general device and location information. We use this only to improve the website. Our own web server also keeps simple visit counts (pages viewed, the site that referred you, country and device type) without cookies and without storing your IP address.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss how we might help
- To schedule and hold meetings you request
- To provide our consulting services if we work together
- To protect the website from spam, fraud and misuse
- To understand how our website is used and improve it
We don’t add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our website and business — for example, our website host, our email and calendar provider, our security provider and our analytics provider (Zoho) — and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Necessary cookies keep the site secure and working — for example, confirming you’re a real visitor and not an automated bot.
- Analytics cookies are set by Zoho PageSense to measure how the site is used, including page views, clicks, scrolling and anonymized session recordings.
We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell what analytics collects. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site will still work.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we’ll honor them.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our website and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
8. Third-party links
Our website links to other sites, such as Oracle’s certification verification pages. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
